Planning has always come naturally to me- I’m meticulous by nature with a keen eye for detail. I naturally gravitate towards understated elegance, timeless sophistication & stylish simplicity… but I’m always ready to add a floral flourish to any occasion!
I like to maintain logic and organisation in all of my work… a habit from years of programme management and Prince2 projects, that seem to have engrained themselves in my subconscious! I sincerely believe that they key to happiness is great communication, so you can be sure that I always maintain regular contact, to keep the cogs in motion and sustain the momentum whilst planning any event.

As an Essex-focussed Wedding Planner, I strive to use local Wedding Professionals to support the Weddings & Events that I plan. By doing this, I hope to create spectacular & memorable occasions, whilst being conscious of minimising the environmental impact of the occasion and without compromising the beauty & elegance of the event.
I naturally gravitate towards the countryside, I find inspiration from nature and adore timeless simplicity, that oozes sophistication and style. I love a floral flourish to add depth and create softness… whilst yielding an impact that’s not to be forgotten.
With an abundance of elegant, country estates scattered across Essex, I love the history and grandeur that they impose, celebrating the nostalgia of a bygone time. And yet to be surrounded by nature, the scent of wildflowers and the call of birdsong will equally make me feel at home.
I exclusively work with a limited number of couples each year to ensure that I can give your Wedding the focus and dedication that it deserves. That means I have the time and the focus to meticulously plan your Wedding, and you can be sure that nothing is too much to ask, and that nothing will be overlooked.

I have a network of trusted, local suppliers that I regularly work with and whom I know will provide a fantastic service- but I recommend them based on their knowledge, experience and expertise within their field, not because I receive commission for recommending them. It’s essential that we feel comfortable with one another to speak freely, be honest and remain open-minded.

When I started my Wedding business, I spent such a long time thinking of a name- I wanted something familiar, yet different; memorable but with meaning… so to explain a little more, here’s how Camellio was created!
I’ve always loved flowers, ever since I was a girl… they’re pretty, they smell delicious (well, at least some of them do!) and they make me happy! What’s not to love?! At my home in Essex, there is a beautiful Camellia tree in the back garden. It’s always one of the first flowers to emerge in my garden- every year I anticipate the bright pink blooms after a long dark winter- and it never disappoints! With such a vibrant and vivid colour, and perfect, symmetrical blooms, it really is a stunner! And always the perfect symbol to me of a new season: Spring; a new chapter; a new beginning.
I looked into the meaning of flowers, trying to find something that connected to me, to love, to life and to new beginnings. That’s when I came across the meaning for the Camellia-
… it resonated with me and symbolised what I want to do- I want to help couples to achieve their destiny, through creating the Wedding of their dreams- to help build their new beginning and enter a new chapter in their life.
So, to me, Camellio is more than just a name, it’s the journey to a new beginning. Some might even call it destiny!
