I lead you through a proven, structured process, managing your budget and schedule with meticulous precision. Whether we are transforming a private garden into an elegant & sophisticated marquee venue or harmonising diverse multicultural heritages, I act as your advocate and architect. With regular face-to-face meetings, I ensure no detail is overlooked, allowing you to relish your engagement while I turn your dream into a magnificent, stress-free celebration.

Design & Cultural Harmony

Helping you develop a cohesive aesthetic that reflects your heritage and style, ensuring a beautiful, authentic atmosphere across every element of the day.

Supplier Curation & Negotiation

Identifying the finest wedding professionals from my trusted network — from the perfect Essex or Suffolk venue to cultural specialists for fusion ceremonies. I manage all negotiations, bookings, and logistics, acting as their primary point of contact.

Technical Logistics & Infrastructure

For marquee and at-home weddings, I manage the complex "behind-the-scenes" requirements, from power and lighting to premium facilities and site layout.

Master Scheduling

I create and manage a robust logistical blueprint, coordinating all moving parts and supplier timelines to ensure a seamless flow.

On the Day Coordination

I am on-site to lead your team and manage the celebration. From guest assistance to supplier oversight, I take care of everything—with my professional emergency kit in tow—so you can be entirely present with your family and friends.

Investment

Starting from 12% of your total budget (Minimum fee of £5,000).

A precise estimate is provided following your consultation, tailored to the specific complexities, location, and scale of your celebration.

Additional support is available upon request for multi-day events or extended requirements.
