I will determine which suppliers are involved in each part of your day and schedule their arrivals and departures, set-up & take-down accordingly, ensuring they know exactly where they need to be and when.
Consequently, I will liaise with each of your wedding suppliers to ensure they have all of the information that they require to execute your dream day. From photography shot lists, readings for the ceremony and meal choices for your guests, every aspect of your wedding will be considered, any omissions will be filled and your day will be planned to perfection.
During the run-up to your wedding day, I can be the go-to for all of your vendors, meaning any last-minute queries can be resolved quickly and easily, without stress or inconvenience to you. My aim is to ensure that you have the opportunity to revel in the excitement of your final preparations, spend time with friends & family, but most importantly, with each other, without the pressure of confirming suppliers or managing your big day.
I can help you to arrange a ceremony rehearsal with your chosen officiant & venue, check the final details with each of your suppliers and create a final walk-through of your wedding day.
Along with all of this, I will of course be present on the day to ensure your wedding day is seamless throughout. This comprises supervision of the set-up, including everything from the ceremony, to the flowers, the stationery to the favours. I’m on-hand to help the wedding party with their preparations, whether that’s steaming dresses or attaching boutonnieres.; as well as greeting your guests and generally manage your day. Understanding your wedding vision, I’m there to ensure that everything is precisely as you want it to be, to guarantee a wedding day that exactly fits your dream… if not exceeds it!
And naturally, I will be on hand to assist with any last-minute challenges, with the help of my trusty emergency kit, which contains everything that you never knew you would need! For peace of mind that if anything arises on the day, it will be handled discreetly & taken care of.
