• Firstly, I will meet you in person, talk to you about how you imagine your wedding day to be and start forming a concept and design for your big day.
• I will help you to develop that concept into a truly unique event, embodying not only what you imagine but also creating a day that's personalised to you. I’ll help to expand your ideas & suggest alternative options & the things that perhaps you hadn’t thought of.
• I’ll help you to prioritise the most important aspects of your wedding, which will help you to focus on the most important parts and budget accordingly.
• I’ll determine which are the best venues to fulfil your dream and present you with the options available to you.
• I will research which suppliers are the best for you, your style & your budget. You’ll receive suggestions for each aspect of your wedding, from which you can choose your preferred suppliers.
• I’ll get quotes from the suppliers & negotiate the best options for what you want & need… & at the best prices.
• I’ll help you to manage your invitations and RSVPs, as well as ensuring that your guests have the best experience at your wedding.
• I will help you consider the finer details and ensure that every aspect of your wedding ties together to create a beautiful and cohesive design.
• I’ll also remain mindful of the practical side of things and ensure that every part of your day remains achievable and on-budget.
• I will keep you on track during your wedding planning journey & make sure that everything is planned at the right time, to ensure a smooth flow not only through your planning journey but on the day itself.
• I'll schedule your big day down to the minute, and take care of the logistics throughout the day, to ensure that everyone is WHERE they need to be and WHEN they need to be, allowing your day to run smoothly from one stage to the next.
• I’ll be there on the day to be your day-coordinator- to make sure everything is set up exactly as you want it to be, to deal with any last-minute questions, resolve any on the day glitches & to make sure your day runs seamlessly.
• I’ll be constantly keeping an eye on the budget, to make sure that you spend wisely & still have the wedding of your dreams.
• I’m the continuity throughout your planning journey, with so many suppliers to liaise with (each of them sometimes having multiple representatives), I can be your single point of contact to manage the planning and running of your wedding day.
• I’ll be coordinating your suppliers throughout the planning process as well as on the day- so you don’t have to!
• I will know the history of your planning journey, I will remember the conversations and the plans, because I was there when we discussed them. Being present throughout means that I can then be there on the day, to ensure your wedding is just how you want it to be.
• I will make sure that every aspect of your day has been considered & that nothing has been overlooked or forgotten.
• I’m there throughout, to take away the burden and stress of planning a wedding, so you can continue to enjoy the things that are most important to you!
